Harry and Andrea –

We would like to thank you for your efforts in selling

our home.  In a time where the housing market is at

one of its lowest points in many years, you were able

to sell our house, not once, but three times.  This

was due to the fact that the home had structural

damage unbeknownst to us until our first inspection.

Although this fact would have deterred many agents,

you guys were persistent and, even after the damage

was found, continued to have a multitude of

prospective buyers in to see our home.  This tenacity

is something any perspective home seller should look

for when interviewing real estate agents.  We were

very pleased with our decision to hire you after we

had had a bad experience with our original agent.
